Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- An editor participate to an ISA campaign
- He changes the rank of a claim from Normal to Preferred
What happens?:
- The claim had a qualifier (eg, color: green)
- on Commons, the rank is changed from Normal to Preferred (ok) and the color property is removed. ---> Information loss
- editors revert the edit from ISA. If done repeatedly, the ISA editor is considered a vandal
What should have happened instead?:
- on ISA, qualifiers are not proposed. Either they should be added to the tool, or the change of rank of a claim should not be removing a claim qualifier
