Acoustic Click-tracking - SSL cert for links.email.wikimedia.org

Description

Back in 2015 we stopped using Acoustic (at the time known as Silverpop) because it would not allow the use of a secure protocol, through an appropriate SSL cert, for link tracking. I believe that this has been resolved and we can move forward in using link tracking in Acoustic. Can we please look into this and activate link tracking in Acoustic if possible.

Sounds like this has been resolved, after a convo with @JMando - @KHaggard can you please confirm?

Yes @AKanji-WMF - this ticket was resolved last year. We have the cert and have had click tracking on for a handful of months.
