What is happening?:
The bot alters only one of a duplicated reference definition, causing a visible referencing error that must be cleaned up by a human.
What should happen instead?:
The bot should modify all the defintions, not just one. Or, if the bot can't cope with this condition, it shouldn't cause new errors in existing articles.
