None of the Debian Buster base images for Vagrant which are tagged as supporting LXC are great: nothing is known about the author, they have been created several years ago and are not getting regular updates, and they are very barebones compared to e.g. the standard generic/debian10. Would be nice to build our own.

Might be able to look at hsoft/vagrant-lxc-base-boxes for inspiration.
