Steps to replicate the issue:
What happens?:
The button gets disabled with the error "Unable to play audio. Refresh the page and try again."
What should have happened instead?:
The audio plays like the first time.
Other information:
Not replicable on Firefox.
Oddly enough, I can't reproduce it with any other file... there seems to be something specific about Example.ogg and Chrome. But it does play once, so there must be something that can be fixed there.
I can confirm the behavior.
Interestingly, https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/File:Example.ogg doesn't play even once:

This file is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Example.ogg, which we have had for 15 years and is used hundreds of times. So, even if it's a bug in the videojs (it plays fine loaded directly), I guess nobody hears Example.ogg in chrome (it probably used to work at one point).
