Visit an article, such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_homosexuals_in_Nazi_Germany?useskin=vector-2022&safemode=1
Make sure "Tools" menu is popped out (click [move to sidebar])

What happens?:

Tools menu background color is white

What should have happened instead?:

Tools menu background color should be gray, matching the left menu
