Feature summary : Special:NewPagesFeed doesn't show global user page of page creator. It shows redlink when a user doesn't have a local user page. However, they should have show a global user page if exist.

Use case(s) : Today, when patrolling I find out that my username shows a redlink on New pages feed. I don't have a local user page on enwiki. However, I have a global user page. I think that should be shown on it? But it doesn't.

Benefits : It would be helpful in review? Patrollers can get info about the user if they are globally active or not. I guess It's always better to see a bluelink rather than seeing a redlink.
