The log will be implemented in T325658: Log access to IP addresses of temporary accounts.

One point of contention was whether to log the revealed IP addresses, which would necessitate a 90-day retention of the logs.

To begin with we will not log the IP addresses, and retain the logs indefinitely, but we will listen out for user feedback to see whether we need something more custom-made for this log.

This task is to track that discussion.
