Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation?title=Special:ContentTranslation&campaign=specialcx&safemode=1&from=fr&to=en&page=Ziak (translating Ziak from French into English using CXT)
- Look at the categories at the bottom
What happens?:
The categories "WikiProject Europe articles" and "WikiProject France articles" are displayed.
What should have happened instead?:
These categories should not be displayed, as, on both the English Wikipedia and the French Wikipedia, the categories should be generated by templates not added manually.
The corresponding French categories are generated by {{Portail|[..]|Essonne}}.
