Description

$1 | {{PLURAL:$2|1 point|$2 points}}

The number of points may be negative for an incorrect aswer to a quiz using negative scores, but then "-1" will be singular but displayed as "... | 1 point" instead of "... | -1 point". So this should just be:

$1 | $2 {{PLURAL:$2|point|points}}

(Note, this is independant of whever the plural rules takes the absolute value or not to determine if it is singular or plural and determine if we write "point" or "points"; here the issue is that the value shuold be displayed even for positive; note also that "0 points" in English may be plural, while "0 point" in French would be singular, so here also we need to display the actual value "0" for singular and not "1 point").

In general there's no benefit to use a plural rule to include the numeric value '1' in the singular form, when we can just display the value outside of the PLURAL syntax. What matters here if just to determine the plural form of the non-numeric terms. Don't forget the "0" which ma be singular in various languages other then English and that should not be replaced by an unexpected "1" in the result.
