Description

Seems like a small thing, but would be nice to pick a capitalization of this tool name and use it consistently.

While reFill is currently the most used, it has the disadvantage of not being a valid wiki title since it begins with a lowercase letter.

I believe the slip into it being referred to as ReFill is only because of the automatic change of Wikipedia titles to sentence case per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_(technical_restrictions)#Lowercase_first_letter

WP:reFill already uses the {{lowercase title}} template.

I've always thought it was reFill.

As for https://refill.toolforge.org/ the nginx server is probably set to ensure everything is lowercase in the FQDN so again nout we can do

If this task weren't declined, I would suggest renaming everything to "ReFill" so that everything could be consistent.
