When I try log in with my (working) developer/toolforge account jneubert to https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/toolforge-repos/pm20-filmlink, I get a message:

"Your account is pending approval from your GitLab administrator and hence blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error."

Sorry if I couldn't figure out the correct place to post this kind of issue - I could not find another admin address.

Maybe related: I cannot login to phabricator with my dev account, only with the mediawiki account.

The dev account had been created 4 years ago, but I have only now started doing real work with it.
