@ARamadan-WMF (question for user) - is the app crashing as soon as the Settings screen appears, or are they tapping a button in Settings that is causing the app to crash?

Can they try to email us a crash report? There may be one in iOS Settings > Privacy and Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. Scroll down and look for one starting with "Wikipedia", tap into it and use the Share button in the top bar to send it. Thanks!
