Offer to connect with Wikidata item from "No languages yet. Add a new one?" dialog in Vector 2022
Closed, DuplicatePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
When an article is unconnected to a Wikidata item, the Vector 2022 language switcher displays "add languages" text and after clicking it, offers two options: translate the page or open language settings. In my opinion, it'd worth adding a third option to connect the article with Wikidata item. It could be done either by asking for Qid or for language and title pair.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
When user knows there are other articles on the same subjects, in order to connect them to the newly created one, they have to go to Wikidata and scroll to sitelinks section to do so. It requires at least some level of familiarity with Wikidata which is not neccesarily a trait of new users.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Easier path from article creation to it being connected to other language versions.

Merged into T329570: Add option to edit interlanguage links as an option on the language selector empty state because they address the same issue with slightly different solutions (how to add sitelinks from the empty state of language switcher in Vector 2022).
