Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Edit title
• Add lower case letter to the beginning of the title
• Click "change title"

What happens?:
A warning message appears that claims an automatic change of the file but the file name is still the same and the user has no way of coming back to the import page.

What should have happened instead?:
The title should actually change. Another click on "change title" should lead back.
