This task is related to Trust and Safety's (T&S) Conduct investigation workflow. One of the last steps of the T&S Ops and Disinformation investigation is the implementation of the recommended office action. Once the case is ready for implementation, an investigator follows a rigorous and time-consuming manual process on the day it is implemented. The flowing steps need to be packaged into a script so that at least some of the processes can be automated to make the implementation more efficient. To that end, @Ladsgroup has kindly agreed to work on it. The script should do the following when executed from Meta,

• Lock/re-lock the main account and the sock puppet accounts (if specified)
• Add on-wiki template(s) to the user’s userpage and user talkpage; sometimes on multiple projects
• Add the main account to the Meta WMF banned user’s list
• Remove the account, if exists, from the Meta NDA noticeboard
• Remove from Mentorship program if exists
• Remove advanced on-wiki userrights if exist
• Add the main account to the private Steward-wiki WMF banned user list
• Add the main account to the private Checkuser-wiki WMF banned user list
