Crats' on ur-wiki currently cannot remove users from administrators' usergroup, however they can add users to this group. There has developed a consensus that crats' on the wiki should be allowed to remove users from this group as well. Please find the local discussion for consensus here.

The removal of administrator flag would remain subject to community discussions, and a crat' should be able to do that. ur-wiki is not that much small wiki. I could see successful local discussions for CU's such as this, but I'm not sure why Urdu Wikipedia doesn't have any CU yet.
Although ur-wiki is not a too-large wiki, but we have three active crats' (and three is a multiple). I'm sure that community discussions would make this ability less prone to abuse.
I would appreciate any suggestions (in case this requests tends to get declined).

299 active users, 10 admins (including abuse filter). If not for an explicit decision to opt out it would still be a GS wiki. No need was demonstrated in the discussion. Definitely a no.

The note by Base makes sense. The number of active admins on ur-wiki has fallen below 7 (afaics). Please consider this request withdrawn. We might revisit this at a later time.

I do not see the problem this is trying to solve as urwiki requests on SRP seem rather rare, and that combined with the concerns raised about current de-sysops on SRP makes me decline this change.
