Because there is currently no ToC for symbols within a single class/namespace/module, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to discover what the #anchor link for any specific symbol is supposed to be without inspecting the page.

This is problematic as it makes it more difficult than needed to share links to specific methods with other developers. Especially something like mediawiki.org would be helped in documenting links into the documentation system.

We should either add a copy anchor button available at each symbol, or add a ToC or something.
