This link existed in Quarry. Whenever I ran queries on Quarry that took too long, I would use this to quickly check the query on SQL Optimizer tool and occasionally it would give me ideas on how to make my query faster.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
People who don't know about SQL Optimizer, or those who don't have its URL memorized or bookmarks, can easily find it from within Superset.
