Description

Steps to replicate the issue:

Star changes, then:
Go to change lists with starred changes, for example:
- https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/q/is:starred
- https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/dashboard/self

What happens?:

Starred changes were displayed with unstarred icon.

What should have happened instead?:

Starred changes should displayed with starred icon like before.

Software version:

Gerrit 3.7.6

Based on the upstream task, that is fixed in Gerrit 3.9. Thanks for the report @Winston_Sung !
