Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Open https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Фран-лез-Анвен?uselang=ru
- Scroll down the page until the sticky header appears
- Open the user popup menu
- Scroll up until the sticky header disappears
- Click on any top link in tools
What happens?:
The user menu becomes transparent and overlaps the tools, making it impossible to click on the desired link.
What should have happened instead?:
The menu should either be destroyed or remain open and visible.
