Steps to reproduce

Log into an account with ZH Wiki notifications
Add one ZH wiki variant to app languages
Go to Notifications Center > Inbox

Expected results

One ZH Wiki language variant should display as a Wikipedia option

Actual results

Two ZH Wiki language variants display as a Wikipedia options, one being an extra "Simplified Chinese Wikipedia". Also weirdly, both need to be turned on in order for ZH Wiki notifications to appear.
