Here is the error from Template:Information

Lua error in Module:Autotranslate at line 77: No fallback page found for autotranslate (base=Heavily used template, lang=⧼lang⧽).

In this case it is looking for a page title along the lines of Template:Heavily used template/en.

However… this page DOES exist. http://nccommons.org/wiki/Template:Heavily_used_template/en

Visiting that page does not make the error go away.

@Skizzerz should investigate further.
