Reason: Now I run two continuous jobs (without webservice) and developing third.

First is a ORES-based bot for ruwiki, rolling back vandal edits, creating RAAs about its authors and notifying about suspicious edits on special wiki page and on ruwiki's discord chat. It runs since 2017 and have 450k edits now.

Second is a bot renaming transclusions of a locally renamed files in ruwiki. This bot was developed by another ruwiki user and adopted by me after his retirement.

Now I developing a bot (rewriting another ruwiki's user bot, that works bad) that will stream into ruwiki's discord chat some other suspicious edits, like adding unreliable sources and vandal edits about Ukraine. It will have another working principle than first bot, it should not be merged.

Third bot exceeds a limit, because I also have several web tools and running a webservice. I request increasing my continuous jobs qouta to 5 (one more in reserve)
