It's slightly weird (FYI @sjvipin @Nikkimaria) that you get this message when accessing content (the explanatory message at the top links here which does explain this), but logging in does pass you through without asking for bank details or anything.
@Scardenasmolinar Access seems to work/be detected correctly up to the point that I try to access something, at which point I get "Loading publication" until the page errors:
