• Reasoning/explanation of purpose: plwiki's ArbCom used to have a mailing list on a server controlled by Wikimedia Polska. Due to some organisational and administrative issues from the ancient times, the original list was recently deleted. We would like to move to the WMF infrastructure and have a list here.

• Secondary list administrator's email address: whpac (at) outlook.com

The list is to be private with posting being restricted just to members. The archive is also to be visible by members only.

I'm not a plwiki ArbCom member but once the list is created, I'll work with commitee members to pass the list ownership to them after making all the necessary adjustments to the list settings.
