What happens?:

• The footer has horizontal scrolling.

Reason:

• .hlist li has white-space: nowrap; in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.css#L-107

What should have happened instead?:

• The footer should have normal wrapping.
• The skin should probably not use classes that are in common use in Common.css et al at all (pun semi-intended).
