Can we figure out a way to have all the credit card descriptors come from one place

Description

I think this is currently in at least 3 different spots

  • one time donations
  • recurring charge job
  • some are at the processor (not sure which ones)

Would also need a way to override as at least dlocal has special code to mark recurrings as the console does not show it T356963: Recurring transaction information from dLocal console

We discussed; while it is indeed annoying also fairly complex/high lift to solve.
