nightly version file is not detected with version.getversion_nightly()

Description

The version file is created by Pywikibot-nightly-creator nightly script. For compat release it was placed in the main folder of the dump. Beginning with the core branch it was placed within the pywikibot folder but this was never taken into account with version.getversion_nightly() function.
