Steps to reproduce

Install older version of the app (TestFlight 7.4.9 (3332))
Launch app, ensure you are logged in.
Install latest version of the app (TestFlight 7.5.0 (3509))
Launch app

Expected results

Suggested Edits card should eventually appear. Explore feed settings should show Suggested Edits toggle as ON.

Actual results

Suggested Edits card does not appear. Explore feed settings shows Suggested Edits toggle as OFF.

Environments observed

App version: 7.5.0 (3509)
OS versions: 17.2
Device model: iPad mini (6th generation)
Device language: EN
