Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Create a redirect to a page that has an apostrophe in it, but instead of using the apostrophe symbol, use {{subst:'}} instead.

e.g. redirect [[Cobb{{subst:'}}s wren]]

What happens?:

• Instead of showing the redirect page with &redirect=no it takes you straight to the redirect target.

What should have happened instead?:

The redirect page should have been displayed instead.
