Description

'WS' was set as an alias for the project namespace on all Wikisources in T293839 but doesn't apply to the Multilingual Wikisource do to it being in the 'special' dblist rather than 'wikisource'

It should probably be set for consistency given that there is a few shortcuts already (note: WS:Scriptorium would conflict)
