I'm trying to home in on a dedupe issue & deduping a few contacts to find the problem one so noting issues I see that should be script-resolved - these likely overlap with other existing tickets

1. O’leary vs O'Leary - that ' seems to be hex 2019 vs 27
2. customized address ID - this seems to be the number 1 resolvable conflict I'm seeing
3. wrong order first & last - I thought we were handling but?
4. femaie name with apparent last name change (marriage-looking)
5. first name = Harry, middle name John vs first name = HJ (in this case the first aready has a middle name of 'J'
