Please implement http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:RandomInCategory on the English Wikipedia. This feature was requested in Bug 2170 of which the extension was the solution to and implementation required a new ticket. Thanks

See [[mw:Writing an extension for deployment]] for more info about this kind of thing. It's only 120 lines or so, so code review = easy

Now that bug 25931 is fixed, this seems like a WONTFIX.
