Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Add a numbered or bullet list
3.Edit the first item of the list
4.Add indentation to it
5.Place the cursor just before the list
6.Press delete

Observed Result:
Instead of unindenting it, it rather merges it with the previous line .
