Description

The Edit api module has a mildly confusing pair of parameters, minor and notminor.

The documentation of them explains how these seemingly conflicting boolean parameters work together, so I dont see this as a high priority to 'fix' them..

However as there are many API fixups occurring, maybe these two could be simplified to remove the quirkiness, possibly in the same way that params 'watch' and 'unwatch' were deprecated in favour of the new 'watchlist' param which can be set to 'watch', 'unwatch', 'preferences' and 'nohange'.
