Don't allow me to add duplicate categories in Safari

Description

I managed to add a a second copy of a pre-existing category in Safari 6.2.3/Mac OS 10.8.5 to an article. I didn't save it (it was a live article), and now I can't reproduce it.

I couldn't set different sort keys for them. I could only get one blank and one sort key.

I encountered this problem while trying to replicate T89618.
