Description

Sometimes, it seems that VE splits internal links into several (consecutive or almost consecutive) internal links to the same target.
It gives a totally unnecessary complex wikitext.

These should all now be fixed, thanks to a number of fixes in Parsoid and VisualEditor. Could you re-open if you find them further? (Though some of that may be local browsers caching old code.)
