Requires changing WMF config (operations/mediawiki-config) so it loads WikibaseLexeme for test.wikidata.org (As well as moving relevant config from the beta configs to the prod configs) T191463 needs to be done first. Should also include configuring a CI job that runs WikibaseLexeme's browser tests against test wikidata. Or as a fallback run the browser test suite targeting test wikidata locally every day (if getting the automated run takes more than 1 day). Week of May 14th: WikibaseLexeme to be deployed to test.wikidata.org
