Using the finalized design from T146663, this ticket will be used to update the rest of the search results page. The right hand sidebar with the new cross-wiki search results display is detailed in T146667.
**This ticket will be used for:**
* update search results page title to read something like:
** Search results from Wikipedia and sister projects
* display first 3 search results in an enhanced way:
** use metadata image from article (if exists)
** use the page title as the first line
** show metadata description
** bold the matching text (as currently done)
** update last line to be more informative:
*** //article size: x,xxx kb; last updated: DD MON YEAR//
* display next 17 results in a similar but less enhanced fashion
** this is assuming that the default 20 per page search results are displayed
* update footer text for pagination: view (previous 20 | next 20)
* update wording for how many results are displayed:
** displaying top results from x,xxx total articles
* update wording for selection of how many results to view per page:
** view 20 | 50 | 100 | 250 | 500 results per page
** place near the total results count
* keep existing note to the user:
** You may create the page 'my search query', but consider checking the search results below to see whether the topic is already covered
