As a system, I would like to replace the current workflow, of using a script to find the last timestamp, with a new DB table that tracks a given fileID and a has a FLAG to denote processed vs unprocessed files. This table would need to get updated when image files are added to a wiki project for later validation/processing by the moderation script,

As a system, I would like to replace the current workflow, of using a script to find the last timestamp of when the MediaModeration purge script was run, with some sort of storage mechanism either: - Database - Flatfile - Data Cluster - Other This will allow the MediaModeration script to run in an automated fashion.
