Change Details

When gor.wikipedia was created, `MessagesGor.php` were missing hence the wiki uses English namespaces and translations as defaults. `MessagesGor.php` has been created and merged on the master and wmf.29 and wmf.30 releases of MediaWiki. gor.wikipedia however refuses to acknowledge the change after a full scap, rebuildmessages.php and the nighty updatel10.
