While mostly relevant to mobile as a skin certain beta features do not target certain skins e.g. compact personal bar has strange effects on Monobook, and most if not all beta feature (other than VE) are not currently applicable to mobile, and vice versa. In a move toward a single Beta/Alpha feature framework, showing or hiding features that are skin dependant would be helpful.
