As a WMF Product or Technology team member,
I want to understand the skills/tools/coding languages in which I need experience & expertise,
So that I can provide value to my team and be successful in my roles/responsibilities.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
- A document (your choice of an internal Google doc/sheet, or a public-facing wiki page) that includes:
- A list of skills/tools/coding languages that the team thinks are relevant/valuable to the team
- A self-assessment of each Engineer, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Quality Test Engineer (QTE), and Data Scientist/Data Analyst on the team of their skill level against each skill/tool/coding language on the list. Skill levels should be standardized as follows:
| Numeric Value | Skill Level | Definition
| 1 | None | New to you, haven't started to learn
| 2 | Developing | New to you, starting to learn
| 3 | Basic | Rudimentary comprehension, but lack applied experience
| 4 | Basic/Intermediate | Developing intermediate comprehension, gaining applied experience
| 5 | Intermediate | Good comprehension, applied experience on 1+ projects (not necessarily within Wikimedia context)
| 6 | Intermediate/Advanced | Deepening comprehension, applied experience on 1+ Wikimedia projects
| 7 | Advanced| Deep comprehension, deep applied experience within Wikimedia context, have not trained others formally
| 8 | Advanced/Expert | Deep comprehension, deep applied experience within Wikimedia context, willing to provide formal training to others
| 9 | Expert | Deep comprehension, deep applied experience within Wikimedia context, have provided formal training to others
