**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where):
This ticket is a reformulation of [[https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:WMF_support_for_Commons/Upload_Wizard_Improvements#attribution_parameter_in_license_template | this discussion ]].
Some license templates have an `|author=` and/or an `|attribution =` field. The `{{self}}` template uses its `|author=` parameter to populate these. Currently, the `author` parameter isn't populated by UploadWizard, but it can and should be. In the case of "own work", that would be populated with the user's username (or configured attribution string, which I believe we already use elsewhere). In other cases, we have an "author" field in UploadWizard that can be used.
**Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
Cases in which a media is reused by someone.
**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
It would help re-users to correctly attribute media when re-used.
