Made some progress on the Google Cloud Compute deployment; docker-compose was supposedly able to deploy to a new Google Cloud Compute instance. The instance was created, but isn't functioning as expected, so trying to figure out why.

Had to manually authenticate through the gcloud command line tool, but theoretically you can download a private key from here: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/authentication#generating-a-private-key

This can be used with the Google Cloud Compute driver for docker-machine.

I may pick up work on this again, but trying to catch up on relevant tickets being worked on in parallel. The Google Cloud Compute documentation is super outdated in places and I might need to seek out help from a human there.
