Description

On Wikidata the license information is expressed as:

> All structured data from the main and property namespace is available under the Creative Commons CC0 License; text in the other namespaces is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License; additional terms may apply. By using this site, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

How to state the license if the wikibase uses different applicable licenses.

@Andrawaag If the solution to this would simply be to change the message quoted in the description of this task then that's pretty easy.
Unless we are talking about putting licence info somewhere else? or on a more granular level?

There is also a popup that warns you about contributing data under CC0 in the UI. We need to look into whether Wikibase assumes CC0 in other places, too.
