Description

A reentrant call to the orchestrator should fail if the original orchestrator call is about to time out. We should allow the orchestrator to send a DIE NOW message back to the evaluator in reentrant mode.

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)

support the Jonestown Protocol in reentrant calls between evaluator and orchestrator
