It looks like one of the database reports (probably this one) can't be written by User:Community Tech bot due to the abuse filter 스팸 차단 blocking it. A community liaison should inform the Korean WP community about this.

The other 2 reports that it generates at Kowiki are being updated, it's just that first page that it's getting stopped at.
Admins are the user-group with permission to edit filters (kowiki list), and local-admins with experience with AbuseFilter will know best how to fix this.

Quick update: Vivien has mentioned this issue to an admin, and asked them to pass it along further. They said they will look into it.
The bot appears to edit ~weekly, on Mondays, so I'll check back next week to see if it's updating that page yet.

This is Happening because some of Orphaned_talk_pages are created while creating, from spam article. We are using AbuseFilter #17 to not allowing to insert spam-like words or links without any exception unless user made 1000 edits. I made exception for Community Tech Bot for database update propose so it should be work fine now.
