Translatewiki.net uses a couple of packages in its dependencies that have been abandoned:

Package davefx/phplot is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use phplot/phplot instead.
Package fgrosse/phpasn1 is abandoned, you should avoid using it. No replacement was suggested.

fgrosse/phpasn1 is indirect dependency of WebAuthn (also in mediawiki-vendor), maybe file a separate task against it.

For UserOptionStats, I suggest just to undeploy that unmaintained extension I created long long time ago.
